It's for a hearing amplifier called "Listen Up." In the commercial, you see a lady in a pew "use it to hear better at church." Then you see a different lady checking her mail and the voice-over says, "Or listen to what the neighbors are saying."

I used to watch Oxygen in the mornings (I liked to listen to the voice of the guy who hosts the Yoga show Breathe), while I was getting ready for work. I was always really, really bothered by a commercial for the "Washlet." It's pretty much a bidet, aimed at old people, but still, it freaked me out.
