Mr Big or the new PM of Russia?

I saw this picture of Dmitry Medvedev, the new Prime Minister of Russia, on Yahoo news today and did a double take because he looks just like Mr Big (Chris Noth's character on Sex and the City.)

Am I Right?

The new PM, by the way, was hand picked by the current PM, Vladimir Putin. Putin, for all intents and purposes, will still be the ruler of Russia.

Russia is edging ever closer to its Cold War days, in regards to dictatorial government.

Has anyone seen my copy of Animal Farm? I think I know a Dobby-the-Elf looking guy who could use a refresher.
