No, Seriously, Why? (WTF, Mike Gravel, WTF?)

I was listening to "Weekend America" today. They did a story on Democratic candidate Mike Gravel and all the trippy campaign videos he's done.

I wonder if, since I supported Nader in my altruistic youth, I would have supported this guy? If I had not changed and grown up and realized that, while I can be as hippie lefty as I want, the rest of the country isn't and so we need a leader willing to find a decent, balanced middle ground, would I be Gravitating to Gravel?

Probably not. I'd probably be all about the Hobbit. As opposed to where I am now. Which is? Somewhere else. I am waiting for the right moment to announce my endorsement. Some other post. (Stay tuned!)
